The Graphic Reporter's Tip of the Week

On last night's show I talked about how to turn a photo into an illustration or watercolor using Photoshop Elements. It's a fun tutorial that'll make people look twice at your photo! They may not be able to tell whether it's an illustration, photo, or painting. I'll also show you the one-step fixer-upper for color casts, also using Elements. Hope you enjoy the tutorials!
