Behind the KeyNote Curtains..

The Guardian newspaper in the UK has this very interesting insight into what goes on behind the scenes at an Steve Jobs keynote.

Maybe this sort of thing has been said before but I really enjoyed the read. It also has some insider info from someone who has been on the stage demoing at a Keynote.

ITMS Arrives in Australia!!!

I can't tell you how happy I am that it's finally arrived! Mostly it's relief because we've been waiting for maybe 2 years for this to happen.

I bought an album so rapidly it was over before I knew what I was doing! I understand now why you call it crack!

from Chefshouse:
At last we can start snorting our money straight into our iPods.

As of early this morning the iTunes Music Store went live in Australia—minus TV shows and the complete Sony catalogue.

My kids have already started at me "please dad can we have your credit card".

We downloaded our first song this morning at 7:55am and I should be much poorer by the end of the day. I don't even know what the name of the song was—we just had to download it.

Please HELP! Is there a help group for iTunes Music Store addiction?

No Keynote in Paris?

Man! First last year Steve's health kept him from presenting his Keynote speech last year at the Apple Paris Expo, and now I get this e-mail from Apple:

"Apple Expo will begin at 11 a.m. (CET) Tuesday, September 20 at the Porte de Versailles in Paris. There will not be a formal keynote presentation at this year's Apple Expo at Palais des Congrès."

Can you say, "le lame"?
