Those weasels at ThinkSecret are at it again!

They say, "Apple announced Tuesday that Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger will start shipping on Friday, April 29, at 6:00 p.m. Think Secret first reported that Tiger would ship in April more than a month ago."

OK, so they are crowing about how they were the "first to report" when Tiger would ship. Really? Let's look at that report, shall we?

Robert C. Snider, Dec. 27, 1940–Feb. 23, 2005

Lesa's Dad passed away last month. He had a (not long enough) wonderful life and raised a wonderful daughter. Lesa has written a lovely eulogy and posted it on her site. If you get a chance, read it and then, go and hug your daddy. You'll never know if you'll get the chance again.

I only knew "daddy" for a short period of time. I will be forever saddened we didn't get a chance to spend more time together, forever honored that I did get to spend the time I had with him and forever grateful he gave me his blessing.

The inspirational one-legged runner who asked each Canadian to give a dollar to his Marathon of Hope has wound up 25 years later on the face of a $1 coin.

(This is a story that will bring a tear to the eye of every Canadian who remembers Terry Fox)

But I love Deadwood.

Not many of you will get to see this show (it's on HBO) but rent or buy the DVD boxed set if you can. Deadwood is the "new West Wing" - wonderful writing, interesting characters, funny, tragic, violent, foul and elegant. Everything you could want from TV.
