Yep, have only used the lanyard setup for my Nano less than a week, but i'm sold! It's great when I wear my Nano to work, just have it around my neck and forget about it and if I get bored with the radio that I listen to at work, I can discreetly shove one of the ear buds (got the in-ear ones this time). Plus, it's the most expensive necklace I own.

For audiophiles who really notice the difference in headphone quality, the lanyard setup from Apple may not be good enough but for me, it still sounds good and the convenience puts it ahead of the rest. Now if only the lanyard came in black to match my Black Nano, I'd be set.

I'm such a slave to fashion.
