IPv6 makes no difference in the speed of a connection once its established.

It can make a difference in how fast the connection is established, by not making you deal with IPv6 connection attempts ...

it's doubtful they'd be universal binaries. They'll most likely be specific to the architecture, since that's easier for binaries that are so small.

However, there's nothing to prevent CLI binaries ...
